my partner is 84-year-old mom requires soft and low sodium food. Which means we make the majority of our meals at home. Which is a lot of cooking.

Because of this, to make my life easier, I prep ingredients at the beginning of the week. Not meal prep for you repeat the same meals over and over again. But ingredient prepping. Kind of like a restaurant. That way I can mix and match ingredients and create delicious healthy meals for our elderly parent and the rest of the family all week long.
