– Fresh mushrooms – Medium-sized

– Chilli flakes – Optional

1. Prep Spinach
Blanch spinach in hot water with a pinch of cumin. Drain, chop finely.

2. Make Filling
Mix grated cheese, chopped spinach, salt, pepper, oregano, and chilli flakes.
Optional: Add minced paneer or soya/chicken for protein boost.

3. Prepare Mushrooms
Wash and scoop out the stem gently using a spoon.

4. Stuff Mushrooms
Fill each mushroom cap generously with the prepared stuffing.

5. Coat with Husk
Lightly coat the filled mushrooms with husk (Isabgol) to seal the filling.

6. Pan Fry
Heat a mix of butter and ghee in a cast iron pan.
Place mushrooms gently, fry on low heat for 2–3 minutes until golden.

7. Serve Hot
Enjoy with homemade tomato sauce or your favorite dip.
