🍏 Homemade apple sauce that’s toddler-approved *and* mum-approved? Yes please!
This easy apple sauce is naturally sweet, full of fibre, and so versatile—use it as a snack on its own, spoon it over porridge, mix it into yoghurt, or add it to baking as a natural sweetener. It’s one of those recipes that quietly does it all, without any fuss.
✨ What you’ll need:
– 700g apples (any kind you like!)
– 120ml water
– Juice of half a lemon
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– A sprinkle of cinnamon
👩🍳 How to make it:
1. Chop the apples and boil in water until soft.
2. Stir in lemon juice, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
3. Blend until smooth.
That’s it! A naturally sweet, wholesome staple the whole family can enjoy—straight from the spoon or stirred into just about anything 💛
