Make Anti inflammatory dinner easy!
I’m so glad I saw this recipe for French casserole pop up in my feed from @Diana
Konfederat
she didn’t really post a recipe, just a video, so I’m going to put in what l’used:
3 or four chicken thighs sliced in half, so they are thin pieces
I marinated those in about a half a cup of good Greek dressing a couple tablespoons of Al steak seasoning and some Cavender’s greek seasoning you can use your favorite All Purpose seasoning a little bit of salt and pepper also.
I marinated that for about 4 hours, place them in a better dish, and use my mandolin on the thickest setting to slice sweet potatoes she used russet and onions to cover the top
l used
half of a large onion
about 1 large white sweet potato
season that
layer also with your favorite All Purpose seasoning I used garlic salt and pepper
next, I mixed 3/4 cup df heavy cream
1/4 cups lite mayo poured that over the top
1 cup shredded Parmesan place on top
bake in 350° oven covered for 45 min, then uncover for 20 minutes and then broil for a few minutes. I let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing into it.
top with fresh or dried parsley if you have it I can think of many variations to try, but l definitely will be making this again!!
