Ingredients

Asian Tea
2 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds ½Teaspoon Ajwain Seeds
3 Cloves
3 Green Cardamons
Cinnamon Bark
1Teabag
1Teaspoon Sugar
Milk

2 Slices of Brown/White Bread
1 Whole Egg
Olive Oil

Method
Pour 1½ Mug of Cold water add teabag and all the ingredients and sugar let boil for 3 mins on low heat, add milk and sieve tea into mug.

Add Oil into pan crack egg into glass amd mix when oil is hot pour the egg into pan and cook until ready to turn. Once omelette cooked put onto the slice of bread add other sliceon top and slice into sandwich enjoy with the Mug of Tea very refreshing healthy morning breakfast.
