Fruit waffle- 5 points
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp powdered pb
8g coconut brown sugar (or sweetener of choice)
1/4 cup fat free milk
1 egg
Vanilla

Peanut butter Oreo dip- 5 points

150g nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
8g peanut butter
1 apple (honeycrisp is my favorite)

Apple snickers yogurt- 4 points
1 small apple
1/2 salty peanut barebell protein bar (https://amzn.to/3P0OXWd)
135-150g nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

berry bake:
1/2 mashed banana
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 egg
vanilla
cinnamon
1/2 oats
1 cup frozen mixed berries

apple cookies: 2 pts each
3 tbsp butter
3/4 coconut brown sugar (or brown sugar sub of choice)
1 egg
4 oz unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 apple
