This whole wheat pita bread recipe is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pita bread. You can customize it to your taste and enjoy it with your favorite fillings or as a side to your meals.
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
3/4 Cup (150 ml) Warm Water
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Instant Dry Yeast
2 Cups Whole Wheat/All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil/Butter
Water for kneading if required
Can be baked in pre-heated oven at 200 degrees Centigrade for 7 to 8 minutes
