Eggless Burger Buns / Beetroot Spinach Buns .

. INGREDIENTS.

Pav or buns eggless 🥯👆👆

2 & half cups Maida ( All purpose flour).
4 tsp. Oil
3 tsp. Oil for greasing Dough & hands.
1 tbsp. milk powder.
Salt per taste. @varshkitchen
1 tsp. Sugar.
2tsp.& half tsp. Instant active Dry Yeast.
1 cup Spinach chopped
2 Beetroot boiled ,paste. Make a paste without water.
Milk -1/4 thcup = room temperature 10 second microwave- Luke warm.

Water as needed , I have used Beetroot water remain bcos don’t waste water. & get nice dark pink colour.👌👍

1 tbsp. Sesame ( TIL ).
Water as required. Or Approx 1 cup .

First take a pan add … maida & 1 cup water mix well ….. & cook it slow flame until semi thick.. now cool down completely. & use in bread dough.

. Dilute sugar in a milk & add yeast , milk powder, mix & cover it for 2 mints……. Meanwhile Take a flour in a deep bowl… Add salt & Mix well. Now add fermented milk , Beetroot paste, spinach n make a very soft dough……Adding oil while kneading dough… & knead dough for 8 to 10 mints with greasing oily 🖐……After kneading…. greasing dough with oil or butter…. Cover & rest it for 45 mints. 🥯🥯…. After 45 mints punch 🤛 dough & cut into a pieces & make round shape…. leave space between dough balls…. Now sprinkle some 🌿& Til…….. & Cover n Rest it for again 40 minutes. 🥯Now bake it on low rack for 12 to 15 mints on 200 degreeC. In Convection Or OTG.. some otg takes time 230 degree 15 mints ….. After baking apply butter with brush n let it cool down 🥯completely…. 🥯🥯🥯Ready.
