Eating healthy can be SO HARD so we need to find recipes that are enjoyable to us as well as convenient! I love this recipe because you can make it either vegan or non-vegan by just adding or leaving out the meet.
This recipe made SO MUCH FOOD that it can definitely be meal prepped if desired to. I would also recommend making this your own, you can really add more or less of something to it to make it how you prefer.
