– Red Cabbage (40 gm) Julienne Cut
– Ice Burg (70 gm)
– Green Lettuce (10 gm)
– Chicken Roasted & cubes (70 gm)
– Egg Boiled (02)
– Tomato Cubes (5 gm)
– Cucumber Cubes (5 gm)
– Black Olive (5 gm)
– Parmesan Cheese (10 gm)
– Bread Cubes (10 gm)
Ingredients for Caesar Dressing:
– Mayonnaise (30 gm)
– Mustard Paste (1/2 Tsp)
– Black Pepper (1/2 Tsp)
– Garlic Paste (1/2 Tsp)
– Lemon Juice (1/2 Tsp)
Directions:
Step-1: Place Julienne Cut Red Cabbage at sides of serving dish then add Ice Burg, green Lettuce, roasted cube cut Chicken, Boiled egg, tomato Cubes, Cucumber Cubes, Black Olives and Parmesan Cheese.
Step-2: Add mayonnaise, mustard Paste, black Pepper, Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice all into one plate then mix it well and set a side.
Step-3: Add the sauce over the Keto Caesar salad.
Step-4: Make bread croutons by taking 10 gm bread cubes and deep fry them for 5-6 secs or till crisp and golden then drain the oil and place them gently over the Caesar salad dish.
