Easy comfort food and a great way to use up leftover chicken. Perfect winter treat.

4 T. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 cloves of chopped garlic
4 T. flour
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. milk
1-1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen veggies (I used peas and carrots)
1/2-1 t. each thyme, seasoned salt, lemon pepper seasoning, poultry seasoning, dried parsley
1 t. Better Than Bouillon Chicken base
2 c. chopped or shredded cooked chicken
