This became one of the most popular sandwich in america. I have researched and tried to follow few recipes combined and made this amazing sandwich. Please give this recipe a try and i promise you would love it. One of the best sandwich i have ever made.

So I combined them all and made something different.
Popeyes Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients:
Marinade:
2 cups buttermilk
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp hot sauce
4 chicken thigh, skinless and boneless.
marinade for 1 hour to overnight.
Egg Wash :
2 eggs
1/4 cup hot sauce (Louisiana hot sauce I used)
Mix well
Dry Flour Mix:
2 cups flour
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
mix well
Spicy Mayonnaise sauce:
1/4 cup Mayo
1 tsp cajun seasoning
2 tbsp hot sauce ( i used habanero hot sauce)
Bread Bun
Brioche bread bun
pickles
cook chicken for 15-17 min.
Amazing Sandwich.
