I always want to be real and share every part of my journey with you. During the time of filming this “What I Eat in a Day,” my diet looked very different than usual, I was going through candida die-off symptoms (hello nausea + food aversions 😅).

This is just a reminder: this is MY journey. I’m working closely with functional practitioners and following a gut-healing protocol that’s tailored to me. What works for me might not work for you, and that’s completely okay! Everyone’s body and healing journey is unique.
