✨ Ingredients:
1. Makhana (Fox nuts) – 1 cup
2. Almonds – 20-25 pieces
3. Cashews – 20-25 pieces
4. Pistachios – 10-12 pieces
5. Dates – 1 cup
6. Desiccated coconut – 1/2 cup
7. Poppy seeds – 2 tbsp
8. Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
9. Ghee – as needed

📝 Method:
1. Heat pan, add makhana, cashews, almonds, pistachios
2. Dry roast on low flame for 2-3 minutes
3. Cool completely and grind into fine powder
4. Add ghee to pan, add dates and mix well
5. Cook until sticky texture forms
6. Add the nut powder, coconut, poppy seeds, cardamom
7. Mix everything well with spatula
8. Transfer to plate, mix by hand when cool
9. Shape into modaks using mould
10. Serve fresh or store in airtight container
