Keep it simple like me, pair your favorite lunch with 100 gm roasted paneer. How to prepare that
Ingredients
200 gm Paneer Slices
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Salt as taste
1/2 lemon juice
4-5 oil sprays
Method
Prepare a marination by mixing spices & lemon, toss paneer cubes in it and let it sit for 10 min.
Take a pan, spray oil in it and let it get hot a bit, add paneer cubes in it and toast from all sides. It’s ready. You can prepare in bulk and store in fridge in air tight container for 7-10 days. Microwave before use.
