Ingredients:
Curd – 1 Cup
Salt & Pepper – to Taste
Turmeric Pwd – 1/4th Tsp
Red Chilly Pwd – 1/2 Tsp
Ghee – 1 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 Tsp
Green Chilly – 1 no
Curry Leaves – 1 Sprig
Coriander Leaves – 1 Tbsp
Bread – 5 Slices
Onion & Coriander – Garnish
Process :
* Start by whisking curd along with red chilly pwd, turmeric pwd, salt & pepper to taste
* Prepare a tadka by heating some ghee in a saucepan – add in some mustard seeds, green chilly & curry leaves
* Add prepared tadka to the dahi along with some chopped coriander & give it a mix
* Dip the bread in the curd mix & pan fry until golden brown & crisp on both sides
* Serve hot, garnish with sliced onions & coriander leaves & Enjoy 🍞♥️
