Ingredients

– Avocado – 1 (ripe, mashed)
– Paneer (cottage cheese) – marinated & lightly fried
– 1 Onion – finely chopped
– 1 Capsicum – finely chopped
– 1 Tomato – finely chopped
– 1 Cheese Cube – grated
– Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
– Oregano – 1 tsp
– Chili Flakes – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
– Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
– Salt – to taste
– Lemon Juice – 2–3 drops
– Butter or Ghee – for frying paneer

Step-by-Step Recipe

1. Prepare the Avocado Mixture
– Mash avocado in a bowl.
– Add chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, oregano, garlic powder, chili flakes, black pepper, and grated cheese.
– Mix everything well. Add 2–3 drops of lemon juice for freshness.

2. Prepare the Paneer
– Marinate paneer with spices.
– Heat ghee in a pan, fry paneer on low flame until golden and aromatic.

3. Assemble the Sandwich
– Take paneer slices. Spread the avocado mixture generously on one slice.
– Add fried paneer on top.

4. Serve
– Serve hot with your favorite dip or chutney.
