Vegetable Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 medium onion (chopped)
• ½ capsicum (chopped)
• 1 small tomato (chopped)
• 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 250 g curd (for hung curd)
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• Bread slices
• Cheese slices
• Butter (for toasting)

Procedure

Step 1: Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add onion, capsicum, tomato & sweet corn.

Step 2: Add black pepper, salt, oregano, chilli flakes & chaat masala. Sauté well.

Step 3: Prepare hung curd – tie 250 g curd in a cotton cloth for 2 hours to remove water.

Step 4: Mix hung curd with 3 tbsp mayonnaise. Add the sautéed vegetables.

Step 5: Spread the mixture on bread slices. Place a cheese slice on top.

Step 6: Apply butter on both sides of the bread. Toast till golden & crispy.

Serve hot & enjoy a healthy, delicious sandwich! 😋🥪
