Creamy chickpea tikka salad 🥗❤️
Ingredients:
1½ cup of cooked chickpeas
1tbsp tikka seasoning
1½ tbsp olive oil
1 medium sized cucumber, chopped
1/2 carrot, grated
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
For the dressing:
1½ cup of low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red chilli flakes
3/4 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1. Add the cooked chickpeas to a baking tray and add tikka seasoning and olive oil. Mix well and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing until combined. Add the veggies, roasted chickpeas and dressing to a bowl and mix well until combined. Enjoyy!!
Notes:
1. You can also cook the chickpeas in a non-stick pan until crisp.
2. Adjust the ingredients to your dietary requirements.
