Ingredients:-
For stuffing:
1. Boiled Koraishuti / Green peas – 1 cup
2. Chopped onion – 1 medium size
3. Garlic clove – 2 no.
4. Roughly chopped ginger – 1 inch
5. Green chilli – 1 no.
6. Cumin seed – 1/2 tsp
7. Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
8. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
9. Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
10. Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
11. Salt to taste
12. Oil – 2 tbsp.
Making dough:
1. Wheat flour / Aata – 2 cups
2. Salt to taste
3. Oil – 2 tbsp
4. Water as required
Making Parathas:
1. Green peas stuffing
2. Wheat flour for dusting
3. Oil for frying.
