Ingredients
• 1 cup corn kernels (lightly crushed)
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 2 medium boiled potatoes (mashed)
• 1 tbsp dill leaves (finely chopped) – or use coriander
• ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional for kids, can skip)
• 4–5 tbsp cornflour (add little by little, just enough to bind)
• ¼ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella works well)
• 2–3 tbsp oil (for shallow frying)

Method
1. In a bowl, mix crushed corn, onion, mashed potatoes, and dill leaves.
2. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
3. Add cornflour gradually (not all at once) until the mixture binds well.
4. Mix in grated cheese and form small patties or fritters.
5. Heat oil in a pan. Place the fritters, flatten slightly, and cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
6. Serve hot with ketchup, green chutney, or yogurt dip.
