2 cups raw cashew nuts (soaked 2–3 hrs)
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼–½ cup water (as required)
1 red capsicum, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tomato, chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
½ a white onion, chopped
2 tsp finely chopped parsley
Unrefined salt, to taste
