High protein and high fiber paneer oats balls✨
Ingredients I used:
– 1 cup oats (ground in powder)
– 1 cup paneer
– 1/3 cup grated carrots
– 1/3 cup grated boiled potato
– 1/3 cup boiled peas
– salt
– 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
– 1 tsp red chilli powder
– 1 and 1/2 tsp coriander powder
– 3/4 tsp cumin powder
– 1/4 tsp garam masala
– oil
