It’s less like pudding, more like mousse because it’s SO creamy, chocolatey, and high-protein. It’s the perfect make-ahead snack for busy mornings, late-night sweet cravings, or those days when you want something nourishing without overthinking it.

½ cup chia seeds
1 cup milk of choice
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (can use df)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp powdered PB (or regular pb)
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Pinch of salt
mix all ingredients, let sit for 5 minutes, mix again cover and refrigerate for minimum of 4 hours. enjoy with fruit or by itself.
