Recipe – Meal for 2
1. In a pan add 1 spoon oil, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic, once aromatic add 1 chopped bell peppers and onion. Saute it for a min or two and the add 200gm low fat paneer followed by oregano, chili flakes, salt and black pepper.
2. Saute everything for a min or two.
3. Blend together 1/2 cup corn and 150gm paneer to a smooth mixture.
4. In a pan add 1 tbsp olive oil and 4-5 finely chopped garlic. Saute until aromatic.
3. Add corn and paneer mix. Mix and saute it for 4-5 mins or until the raw aroma goes off.
4. Add 1 glass milk along with a spoon of oats flour or wheat flour.
5. Mix well so that no lumps are formed and bring the sauce to boil and simmer for couple of minutes untill it starts to thicken.
6. Add herbs, salt and black pepper, adjust sauce with water/milk if it thickens.
7. Assemble bowl with rice, sautéed veggies and sauce.
