This is episode 2 in my “25 pounds in 6 weeks” series! In today’s video I am going to be sharing with you guys everything I eat in a week to lose 25 pounds in 6 weeks. This meal plan was designed by a nutritionist and it works! I started this meal plan 5 days ago and I am already down 6 pounds.This challenge starts on January 18, 2020! This meal plan is designed for somebody who weighs 150-200 pounds. If you weigh more you will have to increase the food and if you weigh less you will have to decrease the food. This meal plan is the same for all 6 weeks. I am gong to be changing out things so I don’t get tired of the food. Consult with your doctor before starting a new meal plan to make sure it works for your body!
protein powder I use and love:
gallon water bottle I love: water bottle:
Breakfast:
6 oz protein or 6 egg whites
1 cup of vegetable
1 carb ( 3/4 of sweet potato or red potato, 1 small baked potato, 1/2C beans, 1/2C rice, 1.5 slice of Ezekiel bread, 1/2C rolled oats, 1/2 cup of quinoa, 1/2 apple or 3/4 berries) choose one!
Snack:
Protein shake with at least 20G of protein and less than 1G of sugar. I mix mines with almond milk
Lunch:
6oz protein
1 cup of vegetables
1 carb ( 3/4 of any kind of potato, 1/2C beans, 1/2C rice, 1.5 slice of Ezekiel bread, 1/2C rolled oats, 1/2C of quinoa,1/2 apple, or 3/4C berries) choose one!
snack:
Protein shake with at least 20G of protein and less than 1G of sugar
Dinner:
6oz protein
1 cup of vegetables
1 fat ( 2T olive oil, 2T of any nut butter with no added sugar, 1.5T coconut oil, 2T grass-fed butter, 1/2 medium avocado, 1/4C any nuts, 1.5T cooking oil) No vegetable oil and no canola oil
*Make sure to drink a gallon of water EVERYDAY and workout at least 3x per week to see the results you want to see 🙂
