Blend 1 cup roasted chana, 1 cup makhana, 1/2 cup poha, 1/2 onion, 1 small piece ginger, 1 tsp jeera, salt to taste and 1 cup water to a smooth batter. Add very little more water only if required to get that thick flowy consistency.
2. Pour the batter over heated tawa and top it up with veggies, paneer, tofu of choice.
3. Cover and cook on low flame from both sides.
4. Serve with chutney of choice.
