✅Day 16 — 54 Days Challenge
Today’s recipe is Quick & Healthy Bread Poha – a super easy, tasty, and wholesome breakfast idea! Made with bread cubes, veggies, peanuts, and light spices, this is perfect for busy mornings and weight-loss friendly meals.
✨ Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
1 tsp Mustard seeds (rai)
A few Curry leaves
1 Onion (finely chopped)
Your favorite chopped vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Garam masala (optional)
4 slices Bread (cut into small cubes)
2 tbsp Roasted peanuts
Fresh coriander leaves (garnish)
Lemon juice (garnish)
✨ Instructions:
Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds & curry leaves.
Add onion, sauté until translucent.
Add vegetables, cook until tender-crisp.
Add turmeric, salt, garam masala & mix.
Toss in bread cubes & cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add peanuts & finish with coriander & lemon juice.
