🌈 Mini Colorful Dosa Bites
Ingredients:
• Dosa batter – 2 -3 cups
• Spinach puree – 2 tbsp (green)
• Carrot puree – 2 tbsp (orange)
• Beetroot puree – 2 tbsp (pink/red)
• Strawberry puree – 2 tbsp (light pink, optional)
• Turmeric – ½ tsp (yellow)

Potato masala:
• Boiled potatoes – 3, mashed
• Onion – 1, finely chopped
• Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
• Heeng (asafoetida) – a pinch
• Coriander powder – ½ tsp
•. Green chilli – 1 ( optional)
• Salt, pepper – to taste
• Oil – 1 tbsp
•. Coariander leaves

Method:
1. Divide dosa batter into 5 bowls → mix spinach, carrot, beetroot, strawberry, turmeric separately.
2. Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds + heeng → add onion, sauté.
3. Add mashed potatoes, coriander powder, salt, pepper → mix → shape into small balls.
4. On hot tawa, place 4–5 potato balls.
5. Pour different colored dosa batter over each, press lightly.
6. Cook both sides till crispy.
7. Pack in lunchbox/ snack/ breakfast with ketchup/ chutney
