✨ A healthy and wholesome sandwich made with fresh vegetables, creamy hung curd and whole wheat bread toasted with ghee. Quick, delicious and perfect for breakfast, snack, or kids’ lunchbox!

🌿 Ingredients:
• Whole wheat bread slices
• Hung curd
• Onion (finely chopped)
• Capsicum (finely chopped)
• Tomato (finely chopped)
• Carrot (finely chopped)
• Green chilli (finely chopped)
• Fresh coriander (chopped)
• Salt – to taste
• Black pepper – to taste
• Ghee – for toasting

🍳 Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, add hung curd, onion, capsicum, tomato, carrot, green chilli, coriander, salt and black pepper. Mix well to prepare the filling.
2. Spread the hung curd vegetable mixture evenly on a slice of whole wheat bread. Cover with another slice.
3. Heat a pan and spread a little ghee. Place the sandwich and toast on both sides until golden and crisp.
4. Cut and serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
