Super Soft & Thin Ragi Roti Recipe by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor
Tips & Tricks –
1. 1cup water let it boil
2. add 1/2 spoon salt
3. add 1/2 spoon ghee
4. add 1 cup ragi atta
5. Mix – Mix
6. let the mixture rest for 10-15 min
7. gently make the dough
8. cook on high to low flame
