Ingredients per serving:
– 5-6 sheets rice paper
– 1/2lb Argentine red shrimp, raw
– 1.5 cups Chinese broccoli
– 1 egg
– 2 tbsp minced garlic
– 1 second spray oil
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tsp sugar

How to make it yourself:
1. Chop your broccoli into small chunks
2. In a pan on medium low heat coated with spray oil, crack your egg and turn it into a scramble by mixing it into your broccoli
3. Add in your shrimp and sauté until cooked
4. Cut your rice paper into 1 inch wide strips and wet them in water until they soften
5. Add the rice paper noodles into your pan with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic and mix for 30-45 seconds (don’t keep the noodles in the heat for too ling or else it will over soften)
6. Plate and enjoy!
