🖤GLUTEN FREE GRAIN FREE BREAD (I made a big batch)
RECIPE:
(I always have a huge jar of raw buckwheat soaking in the fridge.)
Take 1 cup of this buckwheat and rinse all the slime off.
One cup buckwheat flour (
1/2 cup of cashew milk
1/2 cup pre cooked quinoa

2 tablespoons flaxseed
2 tablespoons Chia seeds
1/2 cup water
– mix these 3 into a gel and set aside

1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Mix it all in a bowl except – leave out the apple cider vinegar for last. ⠀
Once all combined. I pour in the vinegar and let it sit for 3-5min ⠀
Pour in baking trey and bake for 40min at 400F (if making a loaf)
