This teriyaki recipe can easily be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. I normally meal prep this recipe on a Sunday night and have it throughout the week for lunch. If you are concerned about freshness, you could freeze this recipe in the freezer. This only issue with freezing is that the rice gets a little hard when you warm up back up after being frozen.
