pumpkin baked oats: 2 servings
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1/4 cup cashew milk
2 eggs
1 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
2 tbsp pumpkin spice skinny syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
*optional* chocolate chips or pecans

Bake at 400 for 25-30 mins

baked oats base:
2 servings:
1 banana
1/2 cup almond (or cashew) milk
2 eggs
1 cup old fashioned oats
Vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
1 scoop protein powder

banana pancakes:
1 banana
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
2-4 tbsp powdered pb
2 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
vanilla

two ingredient dough:
1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
