Ingredients:
• Milk: 1L
• Custard Powder: 2 tsp
• Vanilla Extract (optional): 3-4 drops
• Sugar: ½ cup (adjust to taste)
• Fruits: Your choice!
• Banana: 1½-2
• Apple: 1
• Pomegranate Seeds: ½ cup
• Nuts:
• Cashews: 10-12
• Almonds: 8-10 (crushed)
Steps:
1. Heat milk in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
3. Mix custard powder with warm water/milk to create a smooth paste, then add it to the boiling milk.
4. Let the mixture thicken, stirring continuously. Adjust sweetness if needed.
5. Turn off the heat and let the custard cool to room temperature.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
