📋 INGREDIENTS:

– 1/2 cup of your favorite milk (https://youtu.be/S4xaI9tqGk8)
– 2.8 oz / 80g of unsweetened, nonfat plain yogurt (approx. ⅓ cup) (https://youtu.be/ngyufhP9Cfs)
– Salt and parsley to taste
– 1 tablespoon of baking powder
– 2 tablespoons of rolled oats or ready-made oat flour (https://youtu.be/59CJ5vits4s)
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil (https://youtu.be/4ArmD-OEWRQ)
– 1/2 cooked cauliflower
– 1 oz / 30g of light mozzarella (approx. ¼ cup shredded) (optional, use your favorite cheese, or omit the cheese)

Makes 10 servings, each with approximately 73 calories, 3g of carbohydrates (0.4g of fiber), 4g of protein, and 5g of fat.

Bake in the oven at 360°F (180°C) for approximately 25 minutes.
