Ingredients
Marination Chicken Tikka:
1.5 kg Chicken
1 Tbs Salt
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbs Crushed Chili Flakes
2 Tbs Tikka Masala
2 Tbs Crushed Coriander Powder
2 Tbs Lemon Juice
2 Tbs Ginger Garlic Paste
½ Tsp Baking Soda
½ Cup Yogurt
Pinch Of Red Food Colour (Mixed With Water, Optional)
Mix well … In a pot add chicken and 3/4 cup water ..cook on high flame for 5 mins so steam can make and then on low heat for 20 mins. Till chicken is done. Grill it for 5 mins or fry in pan with minimal oil to give colour
For Chutney:
½ Cup Green Coriander leaves
¼ Cup Mint
1 Tsp Cumin
2 Green Chilies
¼ Tsp Salt
Yogurt (As Needed)
