Recipe

I. Ingredients:

1 beetroot

1 carrot

1 onion

15g cilantro

II. Instructions:

Peel the beetroot and shred it into thin strips.

Shred the carrot into thin strips.

Cut the onion into thin strips.

III. Cooking:

Heat 15g of tea seed oil in a pan over high heat.

Add half of the onion strips and stir-fry for 3 minutes until fragrant.

Add the shredded carrot and beetroot, and continue stir-frying for another 3 minutes until tender but still crisp.

Transfer the cooked vegetables to a bowl and add the remaining raw onion strips.

Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, a sprinkle of black pepper, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Toss all ingredients gently until thoroughly combined.

Serve and enjoy!
