Weightloss Dessert : Tangy Mix Berry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
500 gm frozen mixed berries
1 lime juice squeezed
2 tsp stevia
3/4 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
Directions
1. In a pan, add the frozen berries & lime juice. It will be watery in the beginning but keep the flame medium low to get the right consistency. Add stevia after 15 min of cooking. The entire process will take 25-30 min.
2. Take coconut milk in a jar, add chia seeds & sweetener to it. Mix well & refrigerate overnight or for 4/5 hours.
3. Add a layer of chia pudding in a glass followed by compote. Add toppings of your choice, I have added granola to it. Enjoy guilt free healthy dessert.
