These gummies are delicious and packed with gut health benefits! Gelatin provides amino acids like glycine that can help strengthen the gut lining and help aid in digestion. These are a great source of protein and antioxidants.
Ingredients:
2 cups pomegranate juice
1/4 cup gelatin (I love the one from @furtherfood discount code is lainiecooks)
1-2 tbsp raw honey (optional)
Directions:
To a small sauce pan add pomegranate juice. Sprinkle on gelatin and let sit for about five minutes. Turn on stove to medium heat and stir for about 1-2 minutes or until the gelatin dissolves. Stir in honey and transfer to molds of your choice. Refrigerate for one to two hours. Keep stored in the fridge for one week!
