Eating healthy doesn’t have to be so complicated. It’s rare that I eat salads honestly but I had all the ingredients for one so why not?
-cherry tomatoes
-spinach + arugula
-sunflower kernels & pepitos
-grilled chicken tenders
-half an avocado
-homemade croutons (take the end piece of bread, add butter + some seasonings and air fry for a few mins until crispy)
