let me share a refreshing, delicious and healthy grapes salad with fruits mix fruits.it is a delightful mix of juicy green grapes and seasonal fruit I had like persimmon. you can have fruits of your choice to add in grapes.Dates are also added to make it a healthy diet salad.
This refreshing salad has natural ingredients as dressing,it bursts with freshness, losded with antioxidants and vitamins, making it a perfect guilt free snack or side dish.The juicy grapes add sweetness balanced by tangy lemon juice and pomegranate grains.Itvhas no sugar but honey and olive oil.A bit free chillies and cumin seeds infused some spice in it.Result id delicious, satisfying and nutritious treat , perfect for summer days or after-meal freshness.It is best choice for weight loss plan.

ingredients & calories
200 g fresh green grapes (150 cal)
protein -2 g approx.
fiber 5 g
one persimmon
1/2 pomegranate (grains)
2 free chillies
fresh corriander 2 tbs
1 tbs honey
1 lemon(juice)
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
4 dates ( 260 cal approx.) fiber 6 g
serves 3 persons
Directions
wash all fruits
in a bowl, chop grapes half and place in it
chop persimmon after removing skin
Chop green chillies and add.
chop deseed dates and add
add pomegranate grains
add chopped Corrinander
add lemon Juice
add all slices,olive oil, honey and mix
mix well and salad is ready to enjoy
