🏅I have used @uscranberriesin. Cranberries are a great source of antioxidant , these are tangy & sweet which makes it perfect for all kinds of recipes.
Ingredients –
3/4 cup Hung Curd
3/4 cup Grated Paneer
3/4 cup veggies (carrots, beans & corn)
1 tbsp crispy onion (birista cooked in an air fryer or microwave)
1 tbsp chopped cashew
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tbsp dried fenugreek
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp roasted chana flour
1 tbsp bread crumb
2 to 3 tbsp chopped cranberries
1 tsp jeera powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt, pepper & chilli flakes
Serve with coriander chutney & chaat masala

– Cook on medium to low flame & keep flipping it
