Kala Chana Chilla
Serves – 3
Makes 6 Chilla
Ingredients:
Black Chickpeas, unsoaked (काला चना) – ½ cup
Green Chillies (हरि मिर्च) – 2 nos
Ginger, thin slices (अदरक) – 3 nos (½ inch)
Cumin (जीरा) – 1 tsp
Salt (नमक) – to taste
Turmeric (हल्दी) – ½ tsp
Gram Flour (बेसन) – 2 tbsp
Curd (दही) – 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ता) – a sprig
Carrots, grated (गाजर) – ½ cup
Beans, finely chopped (बीन्स) – ¼ cup
Onions, chopped (प्याज़) – ½ cup
Water (पानी) – ¼ cup approx
Oil (तेल) – to cook
