Simply bake bread yourself without kneading the dough. Effortlessly bake bread at home without kneading – no more buying bread at the store.
Here is the ingredient list for the wheat and spelled bread I baked in the video.

INGREDIENT LIST
500 grams of wheat flour
500 g spelled flour
650 ml water – temperature does not matter
20 grams of salt
10 g yeast – fresh yeast or dry yeast

You can also bake the bread with only wheat flour or only with spelled flour. You cannot add rye flour – only a proportion of up to 15% rye flour is possible, but I advise against it. If you want to bake a smaller loaf, for example with only 500 g spelled flour or wheat flour, simply halve the other ingredients. Instead of stirring the batter with a wooden spoon, you can use a hand mixer – it works great for this.
The baking dish for the bread can be a normal cooking pot – you do not need a suitable lid for the pot, like with other bread recipes.
You bake the dough in a pot at 200° Celsius for 45 minutes – then you take the bread out of the pot with the baking paper and bake the bread without a pot for another 20 minutes at 200° Celsius on a baking tray.
You must give the dough enough time to mature – only then will the dough develop a pleasant, healthy and tasty aroma. Therefore, the dough must be given 3 to 4 hours to rise well.
