The key is the proportion of 3 portions of Sama and 1 portion of Sabudana. Soak it for an hour or two. Add dahi to blend along with Rock salt, ginger and chilli paste. Blend it to match the consistency in the video.

Eat it with fresh coriander chutney and some ghee-roasted peanuts or a sabji if your choice.
