Kabsa
This is a kind of dish that you can make when you want something special. It tastes great when it is steaming hot and usually you will find it served at most Saudi occassions. It is like the Arab version of Biryani

Ingredients
Mutton 500 to 750grams
Oil 1 cup
Cinnamon sticks 2
Bay leaves 3
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Dried black Lemmon 1
Cummin powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Green chillies 4
Chopped onion 1
Chopped tomatoes2
Chopped Ginger garlic or paste 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Water 4 glass
Rice 500 grams
Handful of raisins, almonds, cashew nuts for garnish.

Gosht 500 grams
Tail 1cup
Darchini chakla 2
Kudi patta 3
Haldi powder 1/2 teaspoon
Kali mirch powder 1 teaspoon
Namak swad anusar
Sukha kala nimbu 1
Zeera powder 1 teaspoon
Dhaniya powder 1 teaspoon
Sounf 1 teaspoon
Hari mirch 4
Pyaz bareek kati huie 1
Tamatar Kate hue 2
Adrak lehsun paste ya bareek kata hua 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1teaspoon
Pani 4 glass
Chawal rice 500 gram
Kishmish
Kaju
Badaam garnish kly
