But for making my version of egg pakoda, you don’t need to boil eggs. This is simple an easy peasy 15 minutes recipe of delicious pakora. These pakodas are crispy on the edges and fluffy in the middle

INGREDIENTS –
2 eggs
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp grated garlic
½ tsp finely chopped green chili
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
½ baking powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp water
5 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp rice flour
Oil – for frying
INSTRUCTION –
1. In a mixing bowl, crack & break eggs.
2. Add in salt, sugar, baking powder, turmeric powder, finely chopped green chili, grated garlic, onion & water. Whisk until combine.
3. Sift all purpose flour & rice flour.
4. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
5. Heat oil in a pan. Pour 3 tbsp of the batter over hot oil
6. Deep fry for about 4 – 5 minutes over medium heat.
7. Remove on a paper towel & serve hot with tea.
