This recipe is simple, healthy, and can be prepared in just 5 minutes using everyday ingredients!

✨ Ingredients Used:
• 4 bread slices (white, brown, or multigrain)
• 1 tbsp butter or ghee
• Chopped veggies – onion, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, carrot
• 1 tbsp green chutney / mayonnaise
• ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, a pinch of chaat masala
• Cheese (optional)

🔥 Directions:
1. Spread butter and chutney on the bread slices.
2. Add the veggies evenly and sprinkle salt & pepper.
3. Cover with another slice, toast till golden and crisp.
4. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
